How to Choose the Right Heavy Duty Rack for Your Warehouse

Choosing the wrong rack can waste floor space or, worse, create a safety risk. Here is what we ask every warehouse customer before we design a rack.
Know your load per level
Weigh your heaviest pallet or carton and multiply by the number per level. Add a safety margin. This number decides beam size and upright gauge.
Measure pallets and aisles
Pallet size and the turning space your forklift needs decide bay width and aisle width. Narrow aisles store more but need the right equipment.
Plan for growth and safety
Boltless racks let you adjust levels later. Add column guards near forklift routes and display load signs on every bay.
